It is the policy of OMNIPRO 3D USA to consistently deliver advanced 3D prototyping and additive manufacturing designs and solutions to all clients, free of defects and within agreed timelines. Teamwork is vital to the Company's success, and therefore this policy applies equally to external and internal clients.
In order to meet client requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements, OMNIPRO 3D USA maintains an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) aligned with EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, applicable industry-specific regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Management of OMNIPRO 3D USA is committed to establishing a documented QEMS whose effectiveness is continuously improved, in order to meet the Company's core objectives: increasing the satisfaction of clients, employees, and other stakeholders; achieving appropriate profitability; and demonstrating the organization's ability to deliver products that meet client requirements, applicable regulations, and environmental standards.
Every employee is responsible for the Quality and environmental aspects of their own work, and to support this responsibility, Management is committed to providing appropriate training and motivation.
Quality and Environmental Objectives are established and reviewed during Management Review meetings, and the status of the QEMS is communicated to staff through corresponding reports or meetings.
Management is committed to providing all necessary material and human resources for the QEMS.
Management is committed to ensuring the organization continuously improves the effectiveness of the QEMS, through the application of the Quality and Environmental Policy, Quality and Environmental Objectives, audit results, data analysis, corrective actions, and management review.
Management establishes the necessary measures to ensure this policy statement is communicated across all areas of the Company, understood, applied, reviewed, and kept up to date.
Management oversees the implementation of this Quality and Environmental Policy and guarantees its application to clients and other stakeholders.
